Look around and you'll that some of us might have already QUIT the course.

What matters now is that a few of us is missing FT so so so so so so so much!!!!

Fri- CPR theory n practical evaluation and test

#on top of that girls, youve been chosen to go for AMORE's attachment.
Please bring up FT's name yeah!
the AMORE's attachment start tomorrw which is 19-08-08.

#For ma dearest CGR, those FT uniforms that we wear, that used to be sparkling white, clean, and smell free, is now ragged! ahhahaha... we need to buy the new FT uniform which is at $15 each. see ms kit for the shirts k. you can wear it for attachment later on...

#August campers.. CAmp is still on 30th-31st Aug. Meeting will be held by myself n eyla.
i am now in charge of the camp so any queries jjust come up to me, i'll explain to you word by word k.
if official meeting arnt being held up, we will come and talk to you personally k..

Farewell Mr Azlan Kames.

i would like to thank mr azlan for all his guidance, teachings, his jokes and etc..
15th july 08 marks the last dae of him in fitness training department.

~ we're now left alone wout any CA.. darn~

with that. i would like to say, the department misses u mr azlan esp CGR.
thanks for alwaes being there for us.
hopefully we'll meet some time in the future. for now, bye.

Hmm sorri for not updateing for SOOOO long..
evryone was bz w holidae life huh.. hahahaha.. Hmm ive heard some news about our beloved JAN 07s gg on their IAs..
How was it? it is fun? awesome? any recommendations or tips on what we shuld look out for?

hmm the class pit.. it was up n downhill for the start of it as *some* people took forever to get ice n etc.. but well.. nonetheless it was hmm considered a SUCESS! Though some of you paitao sey.. u guys say wanna ton ended up only a few ton..

for those who ton, thanks a bunch. and i wish all the JUNE babies a HAPPY BDAE or BELATED.. hmm hope you bdae is filled with lotsa joy and laughter and happiness..
for those who didnt ton, *no comments*.. i guess u have ur reasons..
hmm.. we did had a fun time, laughing till our stomach burst and we left the place round 2pm+- after our lunch at MCD ecp.. hehe..

Next next we head for karaoke pulak.. how? can? good idea?
but i only need ppl tt have the *ka-chings* to pay as KBOX is a incy wincy exp... but worth the time there.. Student rates are awesome!
but we see how.. coz CGR this time round have to focus on studies to aim for 4.0!!
so that we feel better when we go IA and enjoy the attachment's working life...
